Terms of Use (Kundak)

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• Parent/guardian responsibility: Kundak is an app that keeps baby and child records on behalf of parents or guardians. You (as an adult parent/guardian) create and manage the account; age limits for account ownership are set by the relevant App Store and Google Play policies.
• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Accurate information: You are responsible for the accuracy of the baby and household information you enter into the app.

2. Household Sharing

You can invite your partner, caregiver, or family members into a household. By joining or inviting someone into a household, you agree that all members of that household can see each other's baby records (including sleep, feeding, diaper, growth, and health records) and who logged what and when. You are responsible for inviting people into your household or removing them from it.

3. Buddy (AI Chat)

• Accuracy: Buddy's responses are statistical and informational content based on the records you enter; they may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on Buddy's responses to make medical decisions.
• Your responsibility: You are responsible for evaluating information you get from Buddy and consulting a healthcare professional when needed.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium features: Certain features require a paid subscription (managed via RevenueCat, the Apple App Store, or the Google Play Store).
• Billing and auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless stated otherwise, and are billed by the relevant app store. You must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your app store account settings, or it will renew automatically.
• Management and cancellation: To manage or cancel your subscription, use your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings; subscriptions cannot be cancelled directly within Kundak.
• Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Apple's and Google's own policies and are handled directly through the relevant app store.
• Price changes: Subscription prices may change from time to time. Any price increase will be communicated to you by the relevant app store before it takes effect, and you have the right to cancel your subscription if you do not accept the new price.

5. User Conduct and Content

• You agree not to use the app in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Kundak reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we believe your use harms other users or the integrity of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, including its code, design, branding, and original content, is the exclusive property of Kundak. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kundak and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions related to your baby's health. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of changes by publishing the updated text in the app or on our website. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
